Organized by Chess Educators in collaboration with United Nations International School (UNIS) Manhattan Campus, NYC.  Deadline April 8, 2014 at 9 pm.

USCF rated & FIDE rapid rated.

4R-SS, G/55 with 5 seconds delay.  Open to all players Grades K-12  to 4-player teams from the same school. Team rating Average April 2014.

Schedule:

Rd 1 9am; Rd 2 11:15am; Rd 3 1:30 pm; Rd 4 3:45pm & Awards 6:15-7 pm.

Sections:

• Primary K-2
• Elementary 3-5
• Middle School 6-8
• High School 9-12

Awards:

Medals for all players; Trophies for winning teams; Plaques for Schools and Coaches.

Prizes:

1-3 Place teams overall;  Top HS team (grades 9-12); Top Middle School (grades 6-8); Top Elementary School (grades 3-5); Top Primary School (grades K-2); Top Girls School Team & Best Player 1-4 Boards overall.

Two ways to register!

1. Coaches/Captains, Schools, or Parents can register Teams (4-players per team) and pay the Team Entry fee.
2. Players can register individually. If you register individually, we will contact your coach/captain to obtain information related to the teams formation and Board assignments. All coaches/captains will be notified as players register individually so that they may coordinate with their players.

Entry Fee Per Team:

• $100 by 03/08; $120 by 4/4 & $140 after 4/4. Only advanced registrations and must be made online at ChessEducators.com. Deadline Thursday,  April 8 at 9pm.

Registrations include:

Team Name and School, Captain, Players full name, USCF Expiration, ID numbers and Ratings.
